Stanley C. Ruchelman to Moderate Panel at the I.F.A. U.S.A. Annual Conference Addressing International Tax Challenges Facing Family Offices
Ruchelman P.L.L.C. is pleased to announce that Stanley C. Ruchelman is moderating a panel at the I.F.A. U.S.A. Annual Conference addressing International Tax Challenges Facing Family Offices.
Historically, tax planning and compliance for family offices focused on wholly domestic issues. But with the internationalization of commerce and international relocation of family members, large family offices now face a new series of issues at home and abroad. Some are truly domestic issues in the U.S. Others are “domestic” issues that arise in foreign countries. Still others are cross border issues faced by multinationals.
The panelists include the following professionals:
- Emma-Jane Weider of Maurice Turnor Gardner L.L.P. (London)
- Robert S. Keller of K.P.M.G. (Washington)
- Paul DePasquale of Baker McKenzie (New York)
- Richard Reinhold, Special Counsel to the Associate Chief Counsel (International) in Washington, D.C.
