About the Art of Business

The Art of Business is an IFKHM semi-annual series focusing on the crossroads of culture and commerce, co-hosted by The Law Office of Joseph M. Erwin, Prager Metis CPAs, and Ruchelman P.L.L.C.

Joseph M. Erwin, Law Office of Joseph M. Erwin

Based in Dallas, Mr. Erwin advises high net-worth individuals in the United States, Europe, and the Caribbean on international tax matters and U.S. tax controversies. With tax experience ranging from government service, a bank trust department, a corporate tax department, an international accounting firm, and, since 2003, private practice, Mr. Erwin brings technical and practical insight into each representation.

Gabe M. Wolosky, Partner, Prager Metis CPAs

For almost a hundred years Prager Metis has served international private wealth clients by providing planning, consulting, and compliance services. With offices in the U.S. and abroad, our approach is based on coordinating our efforts with other members of our client's professional advisors.

Beate Erwin, Member, Ruchelman P.L.L.C. and IFKHM

From a base in New York City, Ruchelman P.L.L.C. provides bespoke cross-border tax planning and related legal services to a global client base that is sophisticated and savvy. Engagements include overseas expansion, strategic acquisitions, transfer pricing, and international mobility.

The IFKHM is a dynamic group of patrons, collectors, and connoisseurs, joined by their love of the Kunsthistorisches Museum Vienna.
