COVID-19: An Unprecedented Environment, The Service You Expect

As the disruption caused by COVID-19 continues to evolve, the priority for Ruchelman P.L.L.C. is to continue to provide world-class client service, while at the same time promoting the health and safety of our employees, colleagues, clients, and communities.

All operations across the firm continue uninterrupted, and we will continue to provide our clients with excellent service on a seamless basis, no matter where we are located. Our technology allows our attorneys and staff to work remotely on a fully efficient basis and with access to firm systems that ensure confidentiality. Office safety will remain a critical priority so that necessary meetings can proceed. We also are conducting many meetings virtually.

To do our part, we have instituted the following internal procedures:

• An elective work from home policy has been implemented for attorneys and staff.
• Our social distancing policy limits the number of persons in our office at one time, and no meeting will be attended if 10 or more persons participate.
• Our phone lines remain open and, no matter where our attorneys are located, we can each be reached by the main telephone number, +1 212.755.3333.

We are monitoring recommendations from the C.D.C., W.H.O., and local authorities and will update our policies as necessary.
