Neha Rastogi Called to the New York Bar
/Congratulations to Neha Rastogi on her admission to the New York State Bar and newly-minted status as an Associate at Ruchelman P.L.L.C.
Prior to her admission, Neha worked as a law clerk for Ruchelman P.L.L.C., providing support in matters involving the determination of U.S. tax consequences and tax efficient structuring for foreign clients. We are delighted to announce her swearing in as a U.S. attorney and to welcome her on as an Associate of the firm.
Neha is also an Indian advocate and chartered accountant. Prior to moving to the U.S., Neha practiced with a renowned law firm in Delhi, India, where she her assignments focused on matters related to international tax and corporate law.
She received her J.D. equivalent in India and holds an LL.M. in taxation from New York Law School.
