Stanley C. Ruchelman Appointed Co-Chair of the Committee on International Tax

Stanley C. Ruchelman has been selected to serve as Co-Chair of the New York State Bar Association, International Section’s Committee on International Tax. The International Section is a dynamic group of attorneys that practice international law. With over 65 chapters, in places like London, Colombia, Beijing, Sao Paolo, and Singapore, there are International Section members in nearly every jurisdiction around the world.

The International Section aims to fulfill the professional needs of those interested in and practicing public or private international law and does so, in part, through its signature Global Law Week program in New York City. In 2018, Ruchelman was proud to host the Global Law Week: B.E.P.S. Tax Panel, which brought together panelists from Brazil, India, the Netherlands, and the U.S. to explain how the B.E.P.S. Actions are applied on the ground in various regions.
